It is in the Aude...

Tucked away in a shelter of greenery in the small village of Gincla in the haute vallée de l’Aude at the heart of the cathar country , the Hostellerie du Grand Duc will delight you with its charm and tranquillity.

An old manor dating from 1780, and abandoned for years, the house was aquired by the Bruchet family in the seventies; The hostellerie thereafter was completely renovated, where now wood and old stones are harmonised to create a serene environnement.

For more than 30 years , Martine and Bruno Bruchet have put their hearts into perfecting their work, weither it concerns general know how or creative cooking in order to satisfy their customers.

It became a family business as soon as their children began to work with them , in order to continue this beautiful adventure.

Surrounded by its shaded park , the Hostellerie enables you to have a pleasant stay at the hotel in one of our rooms of various styles , or quite simply for a gastronomical stop in our restaurant , or in the park , in the shade of the lime trees
